FIRST NEWS: Thank you to our members who have used Zelle to make their monthly payments.

ADDITIONAL NEWS: Our May board meeting was May 4th. “May the Fourth be with you!” Important notes from the meeting: putting together a program for tree replacement and concrete repair. 

Wine club meetings will start in May, First one is May 15th at 1479 at 7 pm.

Board meetings 2026 are subject to change

Contract to be signed and sod and tree damage to be fixed. 

Remaining board meetings for 2026 are Aug 17, and annual meeting on November 2  

I am in and out of town so call if you have any questions.

Final note, my two-year term is up this November. My unit will be on the market soon. If I leave before November the board will appoint a replacement to serve the rest of my term.
